WHITE WOLF CHRONICLES

Emily grows up in the Bea-Hunt community, not knowing that she is a wolf. Weird werewolf transformation signs begin showing up in her, but she does not understand what they are. However, when she experiences the first werewolf sign, Emily knows she is abnormal. She feels alone, trying to understand what she is to no avail, until she meets Ishmael, who has all the answers she needs. Her romance with Ishmael, a wolf as well begins, and it is hard for the two to fight it. In a community and a period when men are supposed to choose wives, Emily feels like she needs liberation and freedom to bend the rules. In a community where women are not supposed to have high sexual desires, as a wolf, Emily has them, and she wonders why she is not allowed to express them. Will she succeed in bending the rules, or will she just follow the community?
