About This Book
When best enemies, Cyndra and Jeff, are left alone together in the White Mountain Wilderness, the sparks fly in this romantic comedy. Can a romance novelist win the battle of words with a psychologist that writes self-help books? There is indeed a thin line between love and hate when the couple is forced to cooperate in order to survive.
In this romantic comedy, a group of friends is concerned when two members constantly disrupt the group dynamic with their constant arguments. Jeff, author of many psychological self-help books, cannot resist crossing swords with Cyndra, a divorced romance novelist. In order to put an end to this controversy, the other members of the group come up with a secret plan.
When they all go on a two-week vacation together in The White Mountains of New Hampshire, their backpacking takes them to a remote place in the wilderness area. At that point, the plan is put into action. The others sneak off in the night, leaving Cyndra and Jeff alone together. With just enough gear to survive, the couple must learn to cooperate in order to survive. Through all their disputes, practical jokes, hardship, teasing, and revelations, the best enemies slowly discover that the sparks of hatred can also ignite the fire of love.
