About This Book
Dearest Readers and believers of all ages: With this story, I would like to take you on a fantastic and emotional journey. I hope you will also experience all those beautiful feelings that came over me as I was writing this book. This children's chapter book expands on two girls whose friendship forms when the two meet on a playground, and then blossoms as their single parents fall in love and get married. However, their faith and awareness of life are tested when the oldest girls is stricken with cancer, allowing the family to make long lasting memories before it is too late. This is not an ordinary fairy tale since it is also based on real life events, and mixed with uncertainty and the magic of the unknown. We should all learn from an early age the importance of such things as love, happiness, gratitude and strong family bonds, and I try to show the importance of all of this throughout the book. The book is divided into 16 chapters making each one of the perfect for reading as an individual bedtime story. Additionally, each chapter contains a fundamental moral to learn from, and most episodes have one of my favorite bedtime prayers that you can enjoy before going to sleep. So, won't you please join me in this heartwarming story about one of my elves, and her beautiful family. They will make you laugh, and they will make you cry, but most of all, I hope, they will make you all feel good inside.
