About This Book

This is a story of one mans quest for a quiet place to rest his mind from the work-a-day stress of modern living in a fast paced world. He seeks solitude to rest and relax and to regain a balance of his mind, body, and soul. He ends up gaining a spiritual awakening that he needed more than anything else. Johnny SkyHawk is a young Choctaw Indian who goes to the mountains of Sedona Arizona to rest after a three year very stressful job but instead he has to rescue a young Apache Princess from a kidnapper and then he has to track down and catch a mountain lion that has been killing people. Throughout the story different things will happen that will trigger a memory and he will remember some spiritual thing his grandfather taught him when he was just a kid. This book is the first one in a nine book series and the grandfather teachings are an integral part of each book in the series. Contained in the grandfather teachings throughout the nine book series is the most comprehensive and profound essence of Ameircan Indian Spiritual Philosophy that has ever been written.
