Nick PT Barnum is back, and this time he wishes he wasn't, because trouble finally hit the fan! After several months of gang violence on the city streets of Bridgeport, Connecticut, it has finally come to a head. The air is nearly unbreathable, and the gang members themselves are feeling the pain and anguish. Now, the Bridgeport Police Department wants these two gangs to set aside their differences so they can look into an odd game being played with people's lives, and a weird suicide pact that has captured and mesmerized the troubled youth.
