Swinging With The Neighbors, is about an interracial couple; he's black and she's white, who are invited over for a house warming party by the people next door. They have an inkling what it might be about but would never have dreamed how hot it would be, and how many new people they'd get to meet and greet in the homeowner's many themed rooms.
