Veronica Meets Her Match

Veronica can't believe her luck—there's a new girl moving in next door to her, and just in time, because her friend Hilary has been much too busy lately. Since her mother has met the new girl's parents, Veronica already knows the essentials: her name is Crystal, she is an only child, and, best of all, she'll be going to Veronica's school! That means she'll need somebody to help her adjust, and Veronica is certain that she's the perfect person for the job.

But when Crystal finally arrives, Veronica is surprised to find that not everything is going according to plan....
