Vengeance Is Mine

Baxter Kline has retired from the DEA and moved home to manage the ranch after his father's death. A woman named Carmen initiates an introduction and they soon became a couple. Bax witnesses a drug drop and murder on his ranch and he recognizes the leader of the dealers, Lauro, from Mexico. Carmen is kidnapped and taken to Mexico. Bax goes after her, knowing she was kidnapped to lure him away from the states. In a daring escape, Bax and Mexia, a Los Angeles policewoman, get to Baja in a stolen helicopter, but are forced down by a fighter plane. In a running battle that lasts several days, the two make it back to the states. Bax and Mexia set up a sting in an attempt to lure Lauro out of Mexico. If they are successful, they hope to end Lauro's reign of terror forever.
