Vengeance and Grace: Two Roads Travelled

At the end of the Civil War in lower Middle Tennessee, a CSA soldier finds himself in a murky situation. It is the time just after the decisive Battles of Spring Hill, Franklin, Nashville and Anthony Hill. He is isolated, wounded, and suffering from identity loss, hunger, the bitter cold and the total uncertainty of surrounding events.His road back to reality is muddied by circumstances beyond his control. He must deal with a litany of characters that would deter him in his search for truth. His path is facilitated by strokes of good fortune and chance encounters with individuals who help guide him through a series of unforeseen obstacles as he searches for his self and home.
