Vampire in the City

I'm Detective Lucien Kane, and I've got an interesting nose for the supernatural. I'm a vampire—I can smell a beast or human, a mile away. So, I should have smelled Quinn Hastings when she barged into my life uninvited and demand that I help her find her sister.I might've been up for it had Miss Hastings not tried to off me the night before. Except her high heels and long legs can be very convincing, and I grudgingly agree to help.  When Quinn and I find a letter from her sister's lover I realize it's linked to another case. My nose for trouble tells me we have limited time before her sister ends up a meal for a mortal enemy. There's more than one life in the balance, and this case has the smell of death all over it.
