Valley of the Voodons

When the city square on the planet of Zandrus is plunged into darkness, the terrified citizens discover it is the work of the Voodons, evil creatures from the valleys outside the city walls, intent on capturing Princess Kimnos and her brother Prince Darnos. Fearful of the Voodons' mystical power no one is prepared to venture outside the walls to rescue the royal siblings. Stellar and Astrid, two intergalactic female musicians, arrive shortly after. After learning of the kidnapping, Stellar offers to rescue the pair, convincing the Zandrusites she has the power and the means to succeed. She and Astrid follow the furry creatures, through the dark forest acutely aware of the strange growls and howls that surround them until their reach the Voodon's lair. With the help of STINC a strange and unknown computer, which replicates voices, Stellar and Astrid attempt to rescue the Prince and Princess. The advent of Zombos, the Voodon slaves, adds to their difficulties, and the discovery of a cruel and destructive machine operated by the wicked leaders, Stellar and Astrid find themselves in greater difficulty. Will they overcome the challenge of the Voodon power?
