Valley of Odds

Her newest novel entitled; VALLEY OF ODDS; Miss Amina Harrison has written a novel that is "hotter than July," about an era of Hollywood known as the blaxploitation decades. The novel depicts the lives and loves of three women, who sets out to work in Hollywood during the seventies--when movies were created about ghetto life mostly about African-Americans. In VALLEY OF ODDS, a well known producer will begin to create movies which will be curbed away, from the usual films of the seventies decade; the producer is hopeful to generate a seemingly more responsive block busters--moving away from the scenario of "pimps, prostitutes, gang life and single mothers struggling on welfare."
