Valentine's Day, Record Releases, and Eighteenth Birthdays

Pulling out my iPad, I clicked on the Facebook app. Instantly, I noticed that I had 50+ notifications. Scrolling through them, I could not help but smile. 300+ people had posted birthday and congratulatory messages on my personal page and fan page. Five minutes later, I found out that many people had also posted birthday and congratulatory wishes on my Twitter page and website, too. After closing down my iPad and plugging it in to my charger, I decided to check my self charging smart phone. After putting in my pass code, the main screen came up. Much to my happiness, I noticed that many people, including my boyfriend, best friends, and good friends, had sent me texts wishing me a happy birthday and congratulating me on the release of my first album. Due to the fact that Brady would be picking me up in an hour to take me out for a Valentine's Day/ birthday breakfast, I decided that it would be best that I begin to get ready. Jumping into the shower, I could not help but smile. The kind messages that I had read and received had truly been a great start to what was going to be a truly awesome day.
