And for Charlotte, it certainly seemed true. She hadn't been prepared for her father's death -- nor for the state of disrepair into which his boatyard had fallen. But she was determined to salvage his business somehow.

Even if it meant dealing with Drew Meredith. Drew was the one man she never wanted to see again -- the man who'd inherited a sizable share of the boatyard. With all the bravura of a plundering pirate, he expected her to agree to closing it down.
