What begins as an attempted robbery of a Big Box store quickly becomes more than the thieves bargained for when one is killed and the other three taken into custody. They were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Lee Thomas does not look for trouble, but it seems to find him and Lee faces trouble head on and full tilt. Someone has to do it and he has the will and the skill set. Going after an experienced member of a clandestine agency is not a smart move. Involving his family is a very bad thing if you are a member of that gang. When you go after a man with the ability to bring the full force of the US government down on you it will not end well. From the opening shootout to a clandestine operation in Guatemala with weapons of mass destruction, human trafficking and smuggling in between it does not go well for the bad guys. Even worse for them is involving Lee Thomas's family. You don't mess with family and threatening a man who does not care if you live or die is a bad thing to do. "unFriendly Persuasion" continues the action and attitude that people have come to expect from Lee Thomas.
