Unfinished Conflict

Lex Payne and Duke Elliott are not afraid of tackling the bad boys to bring justice. A culprit who abhors Lex is scheduled to be released from the General Penitentiary. The culprit swore he would get even with Lex prior to getting out of prison since Lex was responsible for him being incarcerated for distributing cocaine. Lex believes he intends to get back in business and is responsible for putting a contract out on him. Lex decides to keep a low profile while Duke sets out to accumulate vital information. Duke finds himself in a life-threatening predicament with the foe’s cronies. Battling with the criminals isn’t easy, and the special agents hope luck is on their side.
