Uncle Walter Writes Again

Megan Meyers was fourteen when her mother in a rage ended the lives of herself and her family. Detective Ralph Smith was the one who physical held Megan away from viewing her bloody parents end of life. When the Child Protective Agency indicated that Ralph Smith took in orphaned children, she became the sixth child adopted in the growing Smith family. By this time the ghost of Uncle Walter had gone on to the great beyond leaving his relatives wealthy beyond belief at the expense of drug dealers from Central America. The man's volume of writing was also beginning to sell and Megan, even as young as she was, became intrigued with the man's style of putting words on paper. Wanting to emulate the man's work and finding hundreds of book outlines and sample scenes in his old computer, she launches herself into a writing career. She becomes his ghost writer using her own name. When success and love comes her way in the form of a college tutor, she finds out what real heartache is. Of course her story in mixed with others in the growing Smith family where tragedy was never far away.
