Two Vandals and a Wedding

As we join Fred Secombe, Vicar of Abergelly, for the tenth in this series of humorous accounts of his life and ministry in South Wales, he has recently been appointed the new Rural Dean. Two Vandals and a Wedding opens with the desecration of one of the churches in Fred's parish, and another church being burned to the ground. Who would commit such horrible crimes?
