Two Sides

‘There are two sides to every story. At least, that's what Mrs McAsker says. She says it all the time.' Meet Carson, a self-confessed science geek living in a family of art lovers. She's not too happy about being made to do the Endeavour Programme, a new citizenship initiative being run by her school, and is having an ongoing battle with Poppy, the class cow. Meet Dominic, a book-loving only child with a single mum. He's having a few problems of his own: he's finding it hard to settle into his new school, and a gang of bullies aren't making things any easier. Oh, and he happens to be madly in love with Carson… People say that a lot can happen in just one week. Well, that's certainly true if you are only eleven years old, and are making those first, tentative steps into the world of romance. Against the backdrop of the school's new archery club, things seem to be taking off, but will Cupid's arrows hit their mark?
