A challenge to the Arkhon of the Northeast Region proves to be part of a larger plan, and it's up to Tobias Rogan to take back the region and protect its werewolves. As he and his mate Kyle Slidell prepare to travel to Pennsylvania for the twice-yearly regional Alpha gathering, Tobias Rogan knows something will go wrong.
