Trouble at Nubble Light

What if Dad cannot find a way, to get Will across the 100 yard channel between the Nubble Lighthouse and the mainland, for school? He will do whatever it takes, for Will to go to school, even if it means giving up being a lighthouse keeper.
Will loves being part of a lighthouse family. He loves living on an island, and he loves his best friend, a smart seagull named Trouble.
Finally Dad comes up with a surprising solution, but is Will brave enough to ride in a box over the channel? When the plan falls apart, is Will going to lose everything that he loves?
