Tris and Izzie

A love philtre. A dream guy. Too bad he's the wrong guy...

Izzie has a perfectly good boyfriend, thank you, so when Tristan shows up at school she thinks he's a great catch for her best friend. (Even if he is the best-looking boy she has EVER met.) And surely a love philtre, doctored with a little magic, will help the process along. Then Izzie and Tristan both drink the love philtre—by accident!—and it turns out that love philtres do work. Now Izzie has a boyfriend she doesn't love and a new guy whom it's likely she'll love forever, even if she doesn't really like him—and to top it off, there are magical creatures around who seem to want to kill her. Good thing Tristan has that sword. . . .
