When new love is tested by the demands of his career, can it endure? These three couples put love to the test as it has to endure secrets, kidnapping, and long absences.

Kyle, Keith, and Kendrick are cousins by blood, but brothers by heart, and they need women who can deal with their demanding and often relentless careers. Indigo, Jade, and Ebony are sisters by heart, and they need men who can deal with their independent personalities for they don't need a man but would love to have one.

Sparks fly between Keith and Jade and Kyle and Indigo the moment they meet. While Jade love playing with fire, Indigo is leery of the flames. Ebony is so laid back that she has to be standing on top of the fire to feel the heat. Keith has a pyro mentality when it comes to the flames of the opposite sex, while Kyle is not as bad as Keith he enjoys playing with fire too. Kendrick personality can be described as slow burn, but once the fire gets hot he keeps the blaze raging.
The initial flames quickly become raging blazes, but will these blazes become out of control forest fires? Or will life and career reduce the flames to ashes of past love?
