On an assignment for the CYCLOPES AGENCY and the British Government to reinstate the ex-President "Butch" Boyko Borscht to his rightful position, the always tantalising, testosterone-infused TRIPLE OH HEAVEN comes to loggerheads with the dastardly Russian thug, KAISER - THE CRIPPLER - KALASHNIKOV (a secret LIBERACE fan-atic ) and his silver-tongued accomplice ZORODIC ZOOL; this clashing of the Titans leading to even more zany characters and "over the top" action. With their outrageous determination in preventing KAISER and his over-the-top plans to take over the world (KAISER supposedly aided and abetted by germ warfare and a major blockage of the Western world's oil supplies) the intrepid duo once again prove all it takes is a steady aim with a cattle prod, two elephants, a never ending supply of creme de menthe and champagne and maybe a soupcon of something more.
