Traveler

The year is 9900. Homo sapiens has been replaced by Homo Superior - a genetically redesigned species. After reaching maturity, people do not age or get sick. Their scientifically designed bodies are very strong and their enhanced brains are very, very smart. As far as they know, they are immortal. Pregnancy has become obsolete. Humanity now consists exclusively of adults who fully expect to live for millennia ... or longer. The latest scientific discovery is Time Travel. The cautious inventor tests his new technology by sending volunteers farther and farther into the future. The time travelers all return happy, healthy, and eager to share their stories. But the volunteer who is sent to the year 10,000 never returns. Something unimaginable will happen to earth and to humanity in the year 10,000, but no one knows what.
