Trajan's Hunters

The Ninth Legion heads north to a date with destiny embroiling the elite auxiliary turma, the Explorates, in a rebellion which almost destroys the province. At the same time Livius and his comrades are sent by the Emperor Trajan on a secret mission to recover the gold stolen from Britannia and return his brother for punishment. For the first time they have to survive beyond the familiar shores of Britannia and face new and fierce enemies.
