Traffickers

. A horrible evil lurks in the bayous of the Louisiana and Mississippi Gulf regions. Hidden, black water canals and ponds obscure the work of some of the most feared and hated criminals in the world. It is one thing to ignore the horrible treatment of those brought from Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia, destined for the brothels and streets of America. It is quite another to realize there is an insidious return flow of young women and teenage girls going the other way. Not all are runaways. Not all return. They should have finished it. Old story, new problem. Our intrepid heroes felt they did not have the resources to take on what seems a Hydra. They close off the Organization’s USA operations and pull back. And the Organization wants their pound of flesh. They were willing to take it from Jake and Jo’s helpless little daughter, Sammy. Someone once said that to awaken a sleeping tiger is foolish.
