Toxic

Earth-n-Bones, the series, is meant to entertain children aged ten and older. Full of fantasy, science-fiction, and horror, each book contains three short-stories. The first story in Toxic called "Plain White Trucks," is about a curious investigative reporter who snoops for his scoops. The second story is "Germ-Freak." It concerns a scientist who has trouble communicating with others, and maybe he's a little crazy too. The third story is "Acid Spill"—see if you can guess what this one is about.
