Hogan was so strong, so confident and committed that Leah hadn't realized tennis would always be his mistress Then Wimbledon had loomed closer, and Hogan's victories became cliff-hangers.

But in the end everyone lost. Leah, as his publicist, had been blamed, sacrificed and ultimately banished to Hong Kong, Hogan's accident had forced him out of competition, and Leah's boss had lost his star investment.
