Decisions. As adults we make decisions moment by moment. Some for the best, some not so empowering, but all decisions shape our lives. Each deci- sion leads us down our unique path. However, what happens when our decisions are to see ourselves as less than special, allowing our inner critic to say things that make us feel disempowered and depressed? Our inner critic starts very early in our lives. It does not look for the good or great in us,instead, it looks for how we are different and makes it wrong. The little voice reeks more havoc than most outside forces ever do. Imagine how different your life would be if you had learned appreciate and honor yourself when you were little.
