. I stand up and open the night stand and pull out the silky rope and turn to Gage. I pass him the rope as he watches my face. I put my arms out in front of me as Gage shakes his head. "Gage it hurts so bad. Take it away. Take all the pain away." I say as a tear falls from my eye. Gage reaches up and wipes it. "You don't want this." He says looking at the rope. "Yes I do. You're right. It makes me forget everything and be in the moment with you. Just take the pain away Gage. Please." I say as I cry harder. Gage takes my wrists and loops the rope around them. "Get on the bed." He says and I do.
