Brother and sister engage in a beautifully written battle for possession of Isabella’s heart and soul, while she struggles to discover whether her love for Lord Wulvedon is more than a fantasy, or whether he will just use her as he has used many other slave girls. The punishments are sensuous rather than relentless, giving the story a particular appeal to those who find heavy SM a turn off.
