Tinker Gold Is Wealth Untold

When a mysterious old man appears in Cherryball Flats he attracts the attention of Floy Merritt a waitress at the Platterful Palace for the tip he gave her was worth more than a year's pay. She knows him to be a Tinker, one of the mysterious wizard like people who roam Winkel World fixing things usually, so she follows him and discovers he intends to steal the Triple Shield trophy from Miss Plazenby's Extremely Exclusive Seminary for Girls. She need not have worried for the pupils there were more than capable of neutralising the man's nefarious schemes. Sharshua Dragonsong rises to the challenge with the help of the notorious Massking twins, but a scuffle results in not only Sharshua and the rogue Tinker disappearing but Floy Merritt as well. They end up in what appears to be a holding dimension, and the man's crazy plans are revealed, plans that threaten the safety of Winkel World. Sharshua uses the teleportation powers of the Triple Shield to trick him into returning to his own Winkel the Affinity Realm, where other Tinkers await him. Floy finds herself an unwilling companion in all this and a particular destiny awaited her at Affinity for she was too much motivated by greed. As for Sharshua, even she could not have anticipated what the assembled Tinkers had in store for her.
