The blood-red Ferrari flashed by. When Detectives Shelly Lowenkopf and Homer Greeley finally caught in on the Bronx River Parkway, they found a nun behind the wheel, and an owner of record named Cesar Catalan, who just happened to be one of New York's most vicious coke dealers and a suspect in a local murder. Cesar wants his car back. The nun says it was a gift from God. Suddenly, Lowenkopf and Greeley are following a trail of murder, African kings, Japanese businessmen...and for Lowenkopf, one very hot sister. Someone in the Bronx is practicing his own brand of justice, and turning the whole place on its head. But unless the two cops can stop him, this Robin Hood won't make it out of the concrete forest alive...
