Time Runners

On vacation in New Orleans in 2016, newlyweds Luke and Jamie Bowden visit a voodoo museum, where a voodoo witch sends them on a mission back to the year 1794. Landing in the colonial city during a fire that razed most of the town, they meet and become indispensible to Don Andres Almonester, Chevalier of the Royal Order of King Charles III of Spain. Louisiana is still a colony, then under Spanish Domination. Jamie, a trained nurse and considered a miracle worker by the Almonesters for performing the most basic 21st Century medical procedures, is pressed into service by the Don's wife, who is expecting her first baby. · Jamie and Luke's adventures in trying to complete the mission given them, keep the good favor of Don Almonester, and find a way back to the 21st Century, bring them to the center of terrifying voodoo rituals, from which only their courage and ingenuity can save them.
