Kristin Allen takes her well-meaning client's meddling in her private life lightly. Unitl, that is, she becomes the winner of an all-expense paid trip for two to the Circle K dude ranch in South Dakota. After Kristin has worked so hard to hide the scars of her seemingly glamorous past, she doesn't need any publicity now.

Kristin's solo ride at the Circle K doesn't last long. As she becomes involved with the handsome, charming, and albeit troubled Dacian Kendall, she must finally take the reins of her life.
