      About This Book

      Smuggling has been going on for many years around the British coast. Cornwall especially is well known for smuggling, as is Kent. This story about the watcher is about the attempt to smuggle in brandy by two people to a small village in Cornwall on the river Fal. A simple task, previously successful, turns out to have complications resulting in the death of two people. The watcher is there, watching day and night and sees everything but does not do anything. One may ask why?
