The Walkabout Doctor

Cindy Farrow, nursing in a Cornish hospital, is surprised when Australian Dr Merlin Jameson reacts oddly when she seeks advice about her twin sister, Brigid, who is living in Australia. Merlin literally walks out of Cindy's life. After a desperate appeal from her brother-in-law, Cindy travels to Australia to help her sister. As she does her best to help, she again comes face to face with Merlin, but their pleasant friendship seems to have vanished. Unfortunately for Cindy, she realises she loves Merlin and that he hates her for something that is not her fault: the fact that she is Brigid's sister. Wherever Brigid goes, she leaves a trail of suffering behind her…
