Xavior Rivers doesn't realize it when he accepts an inheritance but he is about to step fifty years into the past. The land left him by his grandfather is deep in the mountains, beyond electricity, telephones and running water. Running from his past and bad dreams of Vietnam he decides to work the land only to encounter the Wilson clan.
