Colin Fischer is in love with Collette Bontrager, but she's in love with her long-time beau Ivan Yordy. Ivan hasn't asked Collette to marry him yet, but Valentine's Day is fast approaching, and she has high hopes that the romantic holiday will be the day of his proposal.
