The Upsurge

The perfect storm, Hurricane Willa, and events unfolding over millions of years animate two different kinds of zombies, Decomps and Shedders, in the rich backdrop of the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Brave close-knit friends have to figure out how to survive, as they utilize their wits and gallows humor galore. Regarding the cover art: I chose a stock picture which hopefully denotes an 'eye' of the hurricane vibe~~~Plus, this geeky goth got so much pleasure out of choosing the cover art's Cinzel Decorative Font. The 'HE' ligature used hopefully brings to mind the 'characters crashing' (in more ways than one & hello, wave element) into each other. In addition, the letter U is 'surging' upward~~~Yours in fun-filled dark delight, GL Giles
