Trips Miller, a patient of renowned criminal psychiatrist Doctor Samuel Bailey, slaughtered his entire family then continued his killing spree on the neighbours. His psychiatrist, instrumental in freeing Trips from his prison asylum, is taking him back to the place where the murders happened years ago.
