It was with great reluctance that Sarah Knight agreed to impersonate her sister Madalyn on a visit to a South African farm, but in the end she had to agree. All the same, her forebodings were soon justified - for she fell completely and hopelessly in love with a neighbouring farmer, Brent Milward, and had to face the fact that it could never come to anything.
