Lou Roebuck's trouble began with a little lie, that's all it was, but it had made him a hunted man. The lie led to his being fired from his job, then came the final fight with his wife, his wild impulse to run down that slob Ingrahm when he stepped out in front of Roebuck's Thunderbird.
