The Trouble with Neighbors

Fancy French chef Gabriella McCrary thought she had it made. Life was coming up roses. Then, bamm! In a few seconds her entire life's course changed. In a new place, in small town Olalla, in the deep forests of the Pacific Northwest, in the country where there should have been lots of expected quietude, there never seemed to be any time to ruminate over her woes. Impossible neighbors drove her insane - after all, wasn't she the neice of old Ada McCrazy, er, McCrary, after all? Then there was the 'long drink of water' neighbor who inspired visions of skinny-dipping and love in the grass.... And then there were the couple of neighbors who were conspiring to murder the woman's husband. Or were they? Gaby McCrazy, er, McCrary, had been meaning to quickly sell her inherited property, but the whole neighborhood was conspiring to change her mind.
