The Secret In The Tower

Terry Brown waited until everyone was out of the house to search the tower room for the evidence she was sure would be there. Cautiously she climbed the stairs up to the tower and began examining each of the objects in the dark, moldy room. After a long and futile search, Terry pushed an old trunk out of her way, uncovering a big steel plate on the floor. This was the clue she'd been looking for: the numbers on the plate matched the ones she'd seen in her dead grandmother's diary. Working quickly, she pushed the plate back to reveal a secret passage in the floor.

As she stood there delighted with her discovery, an unknown assailant attacked her from behind. When she finally regained consciousness, Terry realized that she was trapped in the secret room beneath the tower!
