Tony Madison, a.k.a. Tony Baloney, is a magnet for trouble. As the fifth-grade class clown, he's constantly showing off new jokes and crazy tricks. Tony is obsessed with the Late Show with David Letterman, and he's determined to find a way to get on the show himself. He's even devising his own repertoire of Stupid Human Tricks and top ten lists. But to make it all the way from Kansas to the big time in New York City, Tony has to pull out all the stops.
