The Taming of Lord Whitfield

Miss Lila Appleby is more than qualified to run a finishing school for young ladies. She well-versed in the gentle arts of tea pouring, needlework, singing and gardening. Only one thing can keep her school from enjoying the success it deserves -- her neighbor Lord Whitfield.

Lord Whitfield staggers home brandy-faced at the most inappropriate times; women of loose morals run screaming from his house to the fascination of Miss Appleby's students; and one of his friends insists on flirting with one of her girls!
