The Stories

‘The Stories' is a set of three short stories each of which is available on Amazon's Kindle eBooks. The first story is ‘The Pious Diner' which is directed to all of us who love London and New York City and enjoy soup, good pies, and all fine food. But most especially our story is of interest to connoisseurs of street food; to them we add a note of caution. Drone Wars: Europagnis 2030 is the second story and was inspired by watching people with their mobile phones in cities across the globe and the revelations on collection of our personal data by governments. While writing this story, I visited centres of robotic design and attended talks on the future of drones. It was described by The New Yorker as a ‘horrifying prediction' and it stresses our need for concern. The third short story is George Seagull and was inspired by observations on real seagulls. George's similarity of temperament to a human protecting his territory was suggested by friends and slowly this analogy has given birth to this tale.
