The Stone of Fire

Taeyna Zurenthara is an Abomination according to the law. She is the forbidden spawn of a Tesalyn and Avalon elf union. She is a slave to a wealthy human family, sold into slavery when she was very young. She had accepted her lot in life before the Templars came with a magic orb and declared that she had the talent to be a Mage, a revered position in the world, and must attend Nemara Mage Academy. Therefore, she was free. Once she arrived at the Academy things were not as they seemed. Her long-lost brother suddenly turned against her and stole some magical stones which gave him the power to break past Taeyna's magical affinity. On top of that, the Mysterious ruler of the Tesalyn Elf Kingdom, Archon Jastonio, seemed to be plotting against her, and manipulating her brother using the magical stones to corrupt her brother's magic.With the help of her new Fae friends, Aqualon, and Blayze, Taeyna must find a way to help her brother, all the while, avoiding the dangerous plans that the Archon has to take away her magical abilities before the whole world is brought into war.
